I did not create my Beesbusy account myself

Did you receive an email confirming your Beesbusy registration, even though you did not create an account?

Two possibilities:

1) You can cancel your registration by clicking on the “Cancel” button.

2) You can become a Beesbusy user with this email address, changing your password on the log in page (see “How to change my password” on this page).

I have not received the email confirming that my account was created

The account creation confirmation email ensures that your email address was entered correctly. If you have not received this email, there are two possibilities:

1) The email address entered during registration was not correct. In this case, you will have to create a new Beesbusy user account.

2) You have an anti-spam tool that is preventing automated emails from arriving. In this case, you should authorize the email address: beescontact@beesbusy.com to receive general Beesbusy notifications.

What is my user name?

Your user name is your email address.

 

How do I change/reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” on the log in page.

You will be asked to enter the email address associated with the account, then to click the “Send” button.

You will then receive an email in which you should click the “Reset your password” button.

It will bring you to a page where you can enter your new password.

How do I subscribe to a plan?

To subscribe to a plan, simply go to your subscription management page.

Click on your avatar to access the drop-down menu, then go to “Subscriptions.” Then select the Beesbusy plan that works best for you.
